He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Neal and Vallie Delphine Neal (Komrosky); his stepfather Bobby Ray; and his siblings, Ronald, Daniel, Richard and Rebecca.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jackie and Harry; his half-sister Suzanne; his sister-in-law Bev; his nephews, Troy, Jay, Matt, Chad, Joseph, Joshua and Jacob; his niece Kayla; his aunts and uncles, Deb, Rick, Bonnie, Terry and Stanley; and his close friends, Herman and Bob.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (3400 106th Ave SE, Sanborn, ND 58480).
Ken was most known in Valley City for the years he served others through Faith in Action and his several donations to Locks of Love.
