He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Jeremy and Jeri Hofman (Rob); his grandchildren, Tyler (Margo), Cody (Jenna), Kelsey (Chrissie) and Mya; his great grandchildren, Thor and Parker; and his sister-in-law LuAnn White.
