Joyce Charmaine McDougall Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023, at the age of 88, Joyce Charmaine McDougall of Valley City, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Peterson and Alida Peterson (Bjornson); and her husband Don McDougall. She is survived by: her children, Darrin McDougall (Cindy), Kelly Johnson (Michael) and Alison Rutten (Brad); her grandchildren, Logan McDougall (Lisa), Ashley Grubaugh (Eric), Chris Gregor, Katie Gregor, Craig Gregor, Austin Rutten and Lauren Rutten; her siblings, Gene Peterson (Gloria), Wayne Peterson (Karen), Larry Peterson (Judy) and Barbara Perkins (Richard); and her sister-in-law Sharon Goad (Gene). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
