With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ethel Mae Gusaas of Valley City, North Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ashdown and Sadie Ashdown (Hale); and her siblings, Ruth Robertson, Hugh, Glen, Carl and Leslie Ashdown.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Arneson of Anoka, MN, Benita Gusaas-Goodwin (Frank) of Duluth, MN and David Gusaas (Andrea Lenaburg) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Beau Gusaas, Kylie Janson and Richard Rockensock (Violet); and her great grandchild Frank Rockensock. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oliver Nathan Funeral Chapel (251 Central Ave S, Valley City, ND 58072). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
