She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ashdown and Sadie Ashdown (Hale); and her siblings, Ruth Robertson, Hugh, Glen, Carl and Leslie Ashdown.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Arneson of Anoka, MN, Benita Gusaas-Goodwin (Frank) of Duluth, MN and David Gusaas (Andrea Lenaburg) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Beau Gusaas, Kylie Janson and Richard Rockensock (Violet); and her great grandchild Frank Rockensock. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
