He is survived by: his children, Nancy Tougas (Kevin) and Tyler Nelson; his granddaughters, Heather Tougas, Heidi Tougas and Kelci Nelson of Hannaford, ND; his great grandchildren, Kyler and Ember; and his brother Jack Nelson (Marcia) of Apache Junction, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
