Don left this world on March 21, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Malec and Catherine Malec (Jensen); his wife Pat Kinslow; and his son Darin. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Thomsen (Brent); his grandchildren, Ariyana McAdoo-Roesler (Riley), Kaynen Malec (Sadie), Alyssa Thomsen and Chesney Thomsen; his great grandchild Hudson McAdoo-Roesler; and his brothers, Ron Malec (Janay), Rick Malec (Sally) and Del Malec (Rose Mary). He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
