Though Alexander may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alexander touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Younie Punton, Sr. and Bertha Punton (Siewert); his wife Kathy Louise Ramey of McHenry, ND.; and his sisters, Patricia, Annabelle and Kathy.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Punton of Valley City, ND and Thomas Punton of Casselton, ND; and his brother Charles Punton of Hillsboro, ND. He is also survived by numerous cousin's nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lerud Mathias Funeral Home Chapel (515 Central Ave N, Valley City, ND 58072). A prayer will be held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
