He is survived by: his wife Myldred Sayler; his children, Mike Swanson (Barb) of Hazen, ND, Steve Swanson (Pam) of Turtle Lake, Wanda Mehrer (Don) of Wright, WY, Cindy Vossler (LaMoyne) of Mercer, ND and Deb Beilke (Scott) of Valley City, ND; his daughter-in-law Marsha Swanson of Hazen; his grandchildren, Jessica Hamilton (Grant), Travis Swanson (Erin), Skip Orvis (Melissa), Brandon Mehrer (Jackie), Shannon Mehrer (Hilary), Malerie Bock (Adam), Jesse Vossler (Becky), Amber O'Shea (Brian), Jason Beilke, Nikki Ahmann (Kris) and Shane Swanson (Kayla); and his sister-in-law Elvera Swanson of Boise, Idaho.. He is also survived by his 19 great grandchildren.
