She was predeceased by: her parents, George Barnhardt and Josephine Barnhardt (Fix); her husbands, Norman Carsen and Bernie; her son Russell Carsen; her grandson Dustin Bruce; and her siblings, Pauline Baker, Dorothy Wetsch, Ray and Don Barnhardt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Carsen of Fargo, ND and Lynn Hill (Ken) of McClusky, ND; her grandchildren, Kayla (Lucas), Aneasha (Ryan), Dallas, Chance and Savannah (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Preston, Romin, Jacob, Ansel, Hailey, Asher, Ciarra, Jahmal and Blake. She is also survived by great granddaughter on the way; several nieces and nephews; many friends; and her faithful companions, Buddy.
