We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2022, at the age of 93, Fred Rath of Turtle Lake, North Dakota, born in Benedict, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Schumaier; his son Richard; his son-in-law Kim Gutknech; and his siblings, Martha, Emil, Ed, Herbert, Bertha, Regina, Lorraine, John, Anna and Tillie.
He is survived by: his parents, Henry Rath and Margaret Rath (Seidler); his daughters, Norma Kendersi (Mike) of Mesa, AZ and Jane Gutknecht of Washburn; his grandchildren, Bowen Gutknecht and Brea Tatum (Charles); his great grandchildren, Roosevelt Gutknecht, Kimberly, Harlow, Joshua and Jacob Tatum; and his close friend Jimmy Blotter.
