He is survived by: his sister Carol; his brother-in-law Warren Spilde of Towner, ND; his nieces, Sherri (Bob Wenner) of Wayzata, MN and Sheila (Reid Vosper) of Savage, MN.; his nephew Scott Hutton (Kara) of Orono, MN; his grandchildren, Robert Wenner (Bobby), Lucia Rowe, Jonathan Wenner, Alexandra Wenner (Allie), William Hutton (Will), Alana Hutton, Kellen Vosper and Ryan Vosper; and his great grandchild Robert Rowe Wenner.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zion Lutheran Church in Towner, ND in Bill's honor or to the Parkinson's Foundation.
