It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Dugan (Towner, North Dakota), born in Regent, North Dakota, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Kronberger and Hazel Kronberger (Ulmar); and her husband James "Jim" Dugan. She is survived by: her daughter Raquel Dugan-Dibble (Keith); and her grandchildren, Robert, Austin and Ashlyn. She is also survived by many cousins; nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
