He was predeceased by: his parents, Odien Flaagan and Doris Flaagan (Schindele); and his siblings, Claire, Jerome, Kathryn Loe and Mavis Enstad.
He is survived by: his wife Ilyce Flaagan of Tolna; his children, Patty Sandoval of Tolna, Doug Flaagan (Breun) of Tolna and Mike Flaagan (Jodi); his grandchildren, Taylor Gardner, Michael Sandoval, Kaleb Flaagan, Abigail Flaagan, Ryan Flaagan, Gage Flaagan, Rylee Flaagan, Bailey Flaagan and Trace Flaagan; his great grandchildren, Elana Gardner and Kalea Flaagan; his sisters, Janet Haugen of Chandler, AZ and Margie Henningsgard (Tracy) of Valley City, ND; and his mother-in-law Alpha Quam of McVille. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
