She was predeceased by: her parents, Ingvold Broste and Sophie Broste; her siblings, Ivan, Bernice (Gillett), James, Gordon and Doris (Anderson); her nephews, Roger, Donny Gillett, Myron and Jimmy Papachek; her granddaughter Kelly; her great grandchild Mathew; and her son-in-law Chuck Lane.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Lane; her granddaughters, Candi Ehlers (Howard) and Melanye Poehls (Bret); her great grandchildren, Zac (Brittany), Brandi (TJ), Michela (Chris), Parker, Emma, Hannah and Bailey; her great great grandchildren, Hattie, Bristol, Brink and Henry; her daughter Pat Hjelden (Lloyd); her grandchildren, Kathy Schwol (Charlie), Wendy Lawrence (Pat), Pam Ross (Ricky) and Douglas Hjelden; her nieces, Bonnie Papachek and Bonnie Gillett; and her great-niece Theresa Schneider (Vince).
She was tough and let nothing get in her way, surviving both Polio and COVID-19.
