He is survived by: his children, Alex Almer, Jeremy Almer and Angel Pederson (Randy); his grandchildren, Keetyn Pederson and Lynkin Pederson; and his siblings, Marvin Almer, Linda Moe and Ramona Barmoen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
