She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Theodore and Clara Alice Skarphol (Harbig); her brothers, Jacob Charles and Harold Wallace; and her brother-in-law David Burtman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Skarphol (Diana) of Tioga, ND, Jean Nitschke of Bismarck, ND and Ardella Burtman of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
