He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Moe and Elmer Moe; and his siblings, Ernie, Eddie, Art, Tommy James, Karin, Connie, Julie Ann and Kristy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Johny Moe (Linda), Erma Moe, Arlene Krebs (Darrell), Margie Gerzina (Frank) and Linda Beckum (Louis); his daughter Amanda Miller (Brad); and his grandchildren, Julia and Karl. He is also survived by many other kids that knew him as "Papa Randy," numerous nieces and nephews.
