He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jerik; his daughter Tammy Uhing (Ryan); his grandchildren, Madison, Jocelynn and Charlie; his son Jason Eichhorst (Andrea); his grandchildren, Reilyn and Cash; his son Scott Eichhorst; his sister Linda Quern (Vaughn); his nephews, Steve and Michael; and his niece Cindy.
