He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Bohlman and Agnes Bohlman (Grinnell) of Thompson, ND.; his daughter Susan Griggs (Bob); his grandchildren, Matthew (Gabby), Lauren and Josh; his daughters-in-law, Aimee Roth-Bohlman and Samantha Duong; his grandson Brandon; his foster son Justin Trieu (Pholla); his grandson Dara; his brother Denis Bohlman (Lynne); his son Erick Bohlman; his grandson Jordan Duong; and his foster son Daniel Duong (Eunice Bohlman).

Memorials may be donated to University Lutheran Church endowment fund or to the Circle of Friends Humane Society in his honor.
