He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Brunning (Eissinger); his son Damon; his stepchildren, Chris, Brandon and Tonya; his grandson Devin; his wife Kim Syverson; his children, Jesse Schatz of Bismarck, ND and Shawn Stroh (Kristen) of Tappen, ND.; his sister Lynn Kemmet (Gary) of Grand Island, NE.; his brother-in-law Donald Martin (Bismarck); his nephew Pete Martin (Tasha); his grandchildren, Jordan Markson (Brandon), Drew Stroh, Dane Stroh, Eden Stroh, Eve Stroh, Morgan Grabinger, Gage Grabinger, Grant Grabinger, Estella Grabinger, Avianna Grabinger, Stetson Grabinger, Cadence Grabinger, Shiloh Grabinger and Trygg Grabinger; his nieces, Lisa Dunnings and Stacey Kleint; his nephew Neal Kemmet; and his siblings, Deborah Martin, Gerald and Larry Stroh.
A prayer will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (245 Columbia Ave, Tappen, ND 58487). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
