He was predeceased by: his parents, Eivind Evensen and Joyce Evensen (Huskinson); his brother-in-law Brian Sherwin; and his close friend Rev. William Hutchinson. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Schatz; his siblings, Hilary Sherwin and Jon Evensen (Jean); his half-siblings, Sue Roper (Ray) of Duluth, MN and Dave Evensen of Duluth, MN; and his sister-in-law Karen Kinev (Randy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
