He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence and Charlotte Fuhrman; his stepbrother Kent Koester; his friend Greg Skiff; his brother-in-law Chris Paulson; and his grandfathers-in-law, AnnaMae Paulson and Claudine Brown.
He is survived by: his parents, Carolynn Koester (Fuhrman) and John Soper; his daughter Rylee; his wife Jamie Paulson; his sister Elaine Christianson (Kelly); his half-sister Savanah Soper; his stepbrother Merlin Koester (Renee); his uncle Brian; his aunt Deneen Fuhrman; his nieces and nephews, Dylan (Tiffany), Trey, Trevyn, Charlie, Kole, Kalynn (Dylan) and Megan; his parents-in-law, Kevin Paulson (Lynn), Sherry Bruce (Bob) and Claudia Paulson; his brother-in-law Keith Edwards (Katie); and his grandmother-in-law Lavern Paulson. He is also survived by numerous other uncles, aunts and cousins.
