He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Selzler and Katie Selzler (Schneider) of Strasburg, ND.; his wife Kathryn Selzler; and his siblings, Rose, Aloys, Leonard and Gene.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Selzler (Brenda), Roger Selzler, Sharon Mehlhaff (Keith), Peggy Selzler, Richard Selzler (Becky) and Shelly Curtis; his grandchildren, Lance Selzler (Stephanie), Michael Jangula, Melissa Hawley (Herb), Kristin Jangula, Cory Mehlhaff, Chantel Mehlhaff, Chance Mehlhaff, Tiffany Wittrock (Chris), Jesse Nieuwsma (Kayla), Nicole Selzler (Jaime), Samantha Nieuwsma, Mathew Curtis, Jacob Curtis and Joshua Curtis; his great grandchildren, Jared, Caleb, Waylon, Cady, Aryana, Rylie, Aden, Aspen, Blake, Brecken, Fischer and Jamison; his brother Leroy Selzler (Connie); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Selzler and Jenny Lacher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully asks that memorials be made to National Rifle Association.
