He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Hollaar (Dornbush). He is survived by: his father Jim Hollaar; his sisters, Sandi Vander Wal and Mardel Ochsner (Bruce); and his nieces and nephews, Ron Vander Wal (Tiffany), Kari Johnson, Lee Vander Wal (Jessica), Marie Vander Wal, Tyler Ochsner (Lisa), Chad Ochsner, Makendra Ochsner and Nicole Ochsner. He is also survived by 13 great nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
