He is survived by: his spouse Delores Fried; his children, Lonny Lang (Korrine) of Sterling and Susan Nelson (Terrill); his grandchildren, Karli Ghering (Jay Dobbert) of Bismarck, Kelsey Anderson (Chad) of Bismarck, Jesse Nelson (Kristina) of Bismarck and Kerry Pehl (Aaron Berg); his great grandchildren, Tanner Ghering, Everett Anderson, Oliver Anderson, Brennan, Brooklyn, Mallory, Mariah Nelson, Hannah Pehl and Emmy Berg; his sister Edythe Mittleider of Steele; his siblings-in-law, Alvin Fried (Judy) of Driscoll and Shirley Scott (Wesley) of Bismarck; his niece Mary Ann Mittleider; his parents, Richard and Florence; and his parents-in-law, Reinhold Fried and Elizabeth Fried. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
