She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Meekma and Ann Meekma (McCullough); and her siblings, Peggy Vance and Richard Meekma. She is survived by: her children, Jacalyn Simpson (Kent Rath), Rhonda Simpson Wells, Mark Simpson and Bob Simpson; her sister Joan Orlowski; and her niece Janis Orlowski. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
