She was predeceased by: her parents, Sonke Petersen and Corrine Petersen; and her brother Duane Petersen. She is survived by: her husband Ron Kolberg; her daughter Dana Hirsch (Brandon); her granddaughters, Ada and Abigail Hirsch; and her siblings, Thomas Petersen (Lianne), Rosanne Smith (Charles), Larry Petersen (Julie), Jenny Kollasch (Tim) and Judy Petersen. She is also survived by nephews and nieces, and grand nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eastgate Steele Memorial Chapel (518 Mitchell Ave N, Steele, ND 58482). A prayer was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Saviors Lutheran Church.
