He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Edward Turner; his siblings, Lane Jacobson (Audrey) and Mary Abrahamson (Roy); and his brother-in-law James Bakken. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hummel; his children, Pamella Turner of Minot and Dale Jacobson of Stanton; his grandchildren, McKenzie Golde (Cyle) and Cole Turner; his great grandchildren, Emma Mace and Eli Golde; and his siblings, Marvel Bakken and David Jacobson (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (1614 Arthur St, Stanton, ND 58571). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
