He is survived by: his stepchildren, Brandon Hauge (Desta) of Palermo and Lindsey Nelson (Tyler) of Oxbow; his grandchildren, Jack and Dexx Nelson; his sister Anne Johnson (Rogstad) of Minot; his nephew Mike Johnson; and his niece Lisa Nelson (Johnson).
