He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Aune and Gunda Aune; his former wife Shirley Pappa; his children, Myron and Colette; his granddaughter Kristi; and his brothers, Clayton and Ardell.
He is survived by: his wife Delphine Ennis of Stanley; his children, Scott (Lyda) of Bismarck, Dawn Rayburn (Dave) of Ohio and Cheryl Holbert (Danny) of Oklahoma; and his brother Allen. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
