It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Jochim of Selfridge, North Dakota, born in Mandan, North Dakota, who passed away on June 2, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Jochim and Lydia Jochim (Tischmak); and his brothers, Melvin, Ferdinand (Speed) and Steven.
He is survived by: his wife Renei Diede; his sons, Brian (Jamie) and Jason (Jackie); his grandchildren, John, Jesse, Juaquin of Beaver City, NE, Novalee, Cydni, Cody and Chevelle of Selfridge; his sister-in-law Colleen Volk; his nephew Kris Jochim; his brother-in-law Randy Diede (Debbie); his niece Shawna; and his friend Henry Gayton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the family for a trust set up for Butch's grandchildren.
