It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Sweeney (Sarles, North Dakota), who passed away on February 4, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Schela and Theresa Schela; her husband Raymond John Sweeney; her sister Lorraine Metzger of Byron, MN; and her children, Sheila Picard of Whitefish, MT, Lynette Sweeney of Fargo, ND, Catherine (Bob Wallace), Albert (Rose Sweeney) and Perry (Mary Sweeney). She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Glaucoma Research Foundation or a charity of your choice.
