He is survived by: his former wife Shelly Vance; his children, Russel Dionne of Bloomington, MN, Andrea Hase of Aberdeen, SD, Donald Tatcishi of Nevada and Linda Palubeski of Oregon; and his siblings, Shirley DeCoteau of Belcourt, Joyce Morin of Belcourt and Art Dionne of Belcourt. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
