She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Oakland and Myrtle Oakland (Johnson); her parents-in-law, Oscar and Alma Loken; her daughter Lori Johnson; her brother Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Sherman Loken and Barbara Oakland.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Loken; her daughters, Terri Brustad (Michael) of Hatton, ND, Mesa and Jodi Schaan (Paul) of Rugby, ND; her son-in-law Curtis Johnson of Fargo, ND; her granddaughter Tricia Pomering (Chris); her sisters, Lindsey Brustad-Flanagan of Pompano Beach, FL, Jessica Gerwig (Evan) of Cheyenne, WY and Erica Nehk (Andrew) of West Fargo, ND; her grandson Hunter Parcel of Nashville, TN; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Lilly Pomering, Mackenzie, Madilyn Flanagan, Easton, Nora Gerwig, Porter, Luca and Finnley Nehk; her brothers, James (Florence), Arvid and Eldred Oakland (Carol); and her siblings-in-law, Arden Loken (Delores), Marilyn Loken and Jean Aardahl (Dennis).
Vivian Arlene Loken, 88 years old, died Monday, June 12, 2023 at Heart of America Medical Center of a heart attack after suffering with Alzheimer's for several years.
