He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Heilman and Christina Heilman (Heisler); his wife Rosanna; his son-in-law David Houim; his grandchildren, Ashley and Abby Houim; and his siblings-in-law, Isolda Heilman, George Fettig, Tony Keller and Eusabius Burgard.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Heilman, Gary Heilman (Sarah), West Bend, Timothy Heilman, Baraboo, James Heilman (Lisa), Elkhorn, Richard Heilman (Judy), Fond, Lac, Marla Thole (Steve), Madison Houim, Nancy Houim and Rugby; his grandchildren, Leah, Jon Heilman, Jenna Heilman, Katelyn, Ethan Heilman, Heidi, Heather Thole, Josh and Amber Houim; and his siblings, Pauline Fettig of West Bend, Caroline Keller of North Dakota, Barbara Burgard of North Dakota, John Heilman (Agnes) of North Dakota, Jerome Heilman (Judy) of Menomonee Falls and Mary Ann Paxton (John) of Colorado. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
