It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ole I. Bryn in Rugby, North Dakota, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bryn and Florence Bryn (Romfo); his brother Milo; and his siblings-in-law, Rich, Faye Ann Thomas, Kenneth, Carol Thomas, Colleen, Marvin Offner and Louie Knutson.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Thomas; his son Mike Bryn (Nancy); his grandchildren, McKenzie Gronvold (Victor) and Zachary Bryn (Brooke); his son Rodney Bryn (Maggie) of Crookston, MN; his grandchildren, Carter Bryn of Fertile, MN, Kristen Bryn and Megan Bryn; his sons, Aaron Bryn (Koreen) and Berwick; and his grandchildren, Emily, Josie, Leah and Reid Bryn.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (107 4th Ave SW, Towner, ND 58788). A prayer was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
