It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin Heintz of Rugby, North Dakota, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig Heintz and Christina Heintz (Keller); his wife Rose Axtman; and his siblings, Rose Martin (Emil), Marjorie Bennett, Tony Heintz (Alice), John Heintz (JoAnn), Joe Heintz (Christina) and Betty Volk (Casmer).
He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Heintz (Claudia Hall) of Rugby and Martin Jr. Heintz (Terrie) of Balta; his grandchildren, Brittany Kramer (Dave) of Balta and Cody Heintz (Molly) of Rugby; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Tyson, Brooklynn, Zayden, Lydia, Kamryn Kramer, Ryan, Halle, Macy and Chance Heintz; his sister Theresa Striefel of Great Falls, Montana; and his in-laws, Judy Heintz, MarryAnn Scherr, Pius Axtman (Eileen), Linda Axtman and Mike Axtman (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
