She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hagel (Franz) and Barbara Hagel (Volk); her husband Matt Axtman; and her siblings, Joe, Emanuel, Frank, Edward, Barbara Carpentier, Sister Jane Marie O. S. M., Helen Clark, Emma Myhre, Monica Beall and Frances Jerauld.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Goven (Earl) of Turtle Lake and Judith Ann Axtman of Rugby; her grandchildren, Monique Summers (Arnie) of Vero Beach, FL, Keith Goven of Washburn, Natalie Johnson (Jeff) of Buffalo, MN, Brian Goven (Tina) of Mercer, Stephen Goven (Deb) of Rugby, Gerard Goven (Jill) of Turtle Lake, Jennifer Norenberg (Gerard) of Garrison, Grant Goven (Becky) of Valley City and Ryan (Robyn) of Wilton; her sister Emerine Bichler of Reno, NV; and her siblings-in-law, Anna Hagel of Bismarck and Phil Myhre of Bremerton, WA. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
