He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eklund and Dorothy Eklund (Thingelstad); his son-in-law Rev. Justin Johnson; and his grandson Laurel Robert Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Tami Leith; his children, Melissa Eklund Johnson, Calvin Eklund (Kim) and Riley Eklund (Monica); the mother of his children Tami Leith; his grandchildren, Audrey, Camille, Cecily Johnson, Blake Ernster, Lukas and Jaxyn Eklund; and his sisters, Lorie Clemetson of Park River, ND, Deanna Hogan (John) of Cape Coral, FL and Susie Gentry (Biff) of Warrensburg, MO. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
