We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2020, at the age of 87, Lucyle Ann Fossum (Rugby, North Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald; and her siblings, Fred, Donald, Francis and Donna Owens.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark of Deer River, MN and Randy (Tammy) of Rugby; her grandchildren, Jenna of Minot, Brady of Rugby and Madison of Grand Forks; and her siblings-in-law, Yvonne Marchand of Bismarck, Phil Fossum (Clarice) of Rugby, Robert Fossum (Marilyn) of Danbury, NE and John Fossum of Surprise, AZ.
