He is survived by: his daughter Brenda; his wife Dorothea Burgard of Minot; his daughter Jocelyn (Mike Rieger) of Bennington; and his granddaughter Brenda (Bill Houim) of Bottineau. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
