She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Carlile and Grace Carlile (Rice); her husband Garland; her great grandchild Anthony Rice; her siblings, Marguerite Haagenson, Nellie Knutson, Katherine Scott and Stanley Carlile; and her friend Gunda Koble.
She is survived by: her children, Lynnette Tinacci (Charles) of Lewes, DE, Kenneth (Diane), Grafton, Jody Ohlhaber (Bruce) of Red Wing, MN, Kelly (Laurie), Gail Kahl (Dan) of Cicero, IN, Kent (Karen), Teo Valitchka (Matt) of Lake Elmo, MN, Amy Gebhardt Berman (Jay) of Albuquerque, NM and Sherri Rebel (Chad) of Bismarck. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
