She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred "Bob" and Mona "Perky" Olson (Zeiders); her husband Chester Haugen; her son Keith; her grandson Bryan; and her sister Dolores Gronos (Don).
She is survived by: her daughter Lonna Baugher (Marion); her grandchildren, Marc Vachon (Jennifer), Jennifer Vachon (Nick), Anthony Baugher (Cindy) and Mike Bolinske (Gina); her great grandchildren, Anna Vachon, Kael, Jackson Stapleton, Zachary, Joshua, Kate Baugher, William and Ana Bolinske; and her sister-in-law Irene Hager. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19, a celebration of Joyce's life will be held in the spring of 2021.
