He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frank Bice and Bonnie Belle Bice (Collar); and his brothers, Tom and Ron. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Marie Slade (Lill); his children, Mike Slade (Lisa) of Thief River, MN, Kandi Ray of San Antonio, TX, Wes Slade (Renae) of Williston, ND, Shawn Bice of Williston, ND and Tamra Kragness of Tekoa, WA.; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jarrette, Amanda, Landon, Alex, Robbie and Cody; his great grandchildren, Zayden, Aralynn, Blake, Delysia, Harper, Reagan and Ireland; and his sister Janelle. He is also survived by his wife, children, and many grandchildren.
