She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred "Bud" Rosencrans and Nora Rosencrans (Thomas); and her siblings, Russell, Fred, Tom, Alfred, Erma Berndt, Alice Rosencrans, Edna Buer and Lois Carpenter.
She is survived by: her husband Lyle D Carpenter; her children, Colleen Wahl (Rodney) of Fargo and Lyle Carpenter (Darlene) of Granville; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Wahl, Clay and Faith Carpenter; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Schultz and Ronnie Carpenter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
