He is survived by: his wife Jolene Black; his close friend Terri Lemar of Rugby; his children, Jason Solem of Rugby, Jeff Solem (Tonya) of Rugby, Janelle Solem of Rugby and Michelle Lemar of Rugby; and his siblings, Judy Ebach (Reynold) of Colorado, Doug (Kaye) of Dilworth, David (Nancy) of Bismarck, Shirley Schaan (Richard) of Jamestown, Ron of Rugby, Deb Hanson (Dave) of Willow City, Steve of Rugby and Jodi Miiller (Wayne) of Rugby. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
