It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor J. Mattson (Rugby, North Dakota), born in Rolette, North Dakota, who passed away on March 5, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tweten and Lillian Tweten (George Mattson); her siblings, Vincent Tweten (Allegra), Maxine Lynnes (George), Marion Pederson (Karl), Vivian Mattson (Bernard) and Marlene Anderson (Charles); her daughter-in-law Sandy (Gary); and her great grandchildren, Christopher Blaine Medlang, Elijah David Fossum and Kamden Dean Gilseth.
She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Janice Fossum (Johnnie) of Rolette, Gary Mattson of Rolette, Cheryl (Bruce), Foss of Rolette, Randy (Coline) of Rugby and Suzanne Hiatt (Rod) of Bottineau; and her sister Donna Jean Fugere (Tweten). She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 35 great Grandchildren.
