She is survived by: her husband Howard Levitt; her stepchild Howards; her sons, Michael and David; her sister Dorothy Goetz (Leonard) of Rugby; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Burgard of Rugby and Theresa Burgard of Rugby; and also Dr. Samuel Levitt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
