Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thompson - Larson Funeral Home (21 3rd Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (5652 22nd St NW, Roseglen, ND 58775). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (210 62nd Ave NW, Minot, ND 58703).

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters and brothers-in-law, Elizabeth (Clarence) Anderson, Jean (Bob) Lammers, Audrey (Dean) Lafferty, Sharon (Philip) Erickson, and Gerald Schmidt; grandson, Trenton; niece, Robyn Bohlman, Memorials are preferred to Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery, Roseglen, ND.
