He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McCloud and Ella McCloud (Gourneau); and his brother Gary McCloud. He is survived by: his sons, Tim McCloud (Shonel) of Belcourt, Terry McCloud (Emily) of Devils Lake and Travis McCloud (Kayla) of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Moriah Davis (Christian), Mikayla McCloud, Trenton McCloud, Keelie McCloud, Cecilia McCloud, Aubrey McCloud and Karli McCloud; his great grandchild Rowan Davis; his close friend Barbara Houle of Belcourt; and his siblings, Don McCloud (Ardella) of Bismarck, Susan Roy of Edmomd, OK, Carol Foss (Duane) of Bowman, Mark McCloud (Bethany) of Rolla, Nancy Gapp (Brad) of Buffalo, MN and Tom McCloud (Val) of Rolla. He is also survived by his family members and many friends.
